how it works
Apply
Submit your resume to one of our job openings OR email us to set up a call with a WLA recruiter. It’s always FREE to work with us.
Intro Call
If a recruiter feels you are a match for one of our openings, they will contact you to set up an initial phone screen to discuss the opportunity you applied for, or other roles we have that might be a better match.
Job Submit
Once a job has been identified as a match, a recruiter will contact you to let you know we are sending out your resume. A WLA recruiter will ALWAYS make sure you are aware before we send out your resume.
Interview
WLA recruiters will be the one to schedule all interviews, whether via phone, zoom or in person. A recruiter will coordinate your schedule with the hiring manager to make sure everything works. You will receive a reminder text and email before all interviews.
Placement
During the interview process, WLA recruiters will be in touch with feedback and follow up points. Once an offer is made, a WLA recruiter will reach out with the offer details, handle negotiations, and provide your start date info and any onboarding details. We are your partner and ally along the way.
